About the owner:
Wayne Terry, the owner of PuroClean Emergency Services was in Purchasing Management for twenty years when he had a water loss in his home. He was treated poorly by the adjuster that showed up on his claim and even worse by the water mitigation company. The experience he went through with these two companies was worse than the disaster itself. He has always cared about helping people in need. Wayne knows first hand what it is like to wake up with 4″ of water in his home and the stress associated with it. He knew if he got into this business he could offer a much better experience to customers that are stressed out due to one of the needs he provides. Opening his business in August of 2007 he began collecting Excellent Service Endorsements from his customers and now has several hundred collected available for view. He hires only employees that are caring and will go above and beyond to ensure the customer is well taken care of. He won Franchisee of the year in July of 2011 out of 320 offices in the United States.
