Wayne Terry is the President and Owner of PuroClean Emergency Services of Jacksonville since 2007. He started the company in a small home office and has grown to a beautiful 16,644 square feet warehouse off Interstate 10, with 19 employees. No matter how busy he may be, Wayne likes to personally handle individual issues of every employee that asks him. His door is always open. He came up with the tag line Fast * Friendly * Honest * Reliable and his business and employees stand by these four words. He was franchise of the year for 2011 out of over 300 locations and has won many awards for customer service since this time. Wayne is a U.S. Navy Veteran, 1986-1994. He hires Veterans whenever possible. He has a BSB/M Degree. He enjoys music (Drummer) and he enjoys riding motorcycles in his spare time.
Ken came to us originally as a helper August of 2009 and before long he was taking charge of jobs, keeping customers and clients happy and moving up the ladder quickly. He made Project Manager in record time. He is dedicated to ensuring all technicians are trained and have the right tools to do the job. Ken ensures all the projects are done in the right timeframe, makes sure the billing is correct and the jobs are done expeditiously. In his spare time he enjoys being married and spending time with his son.
Connie started with PuroClean in 2010. As Office Manager, she handles most incoming calls. She does this in a professional and personable manner. She also handles the accounts payable, HR and makes sure the daily office activities run smoothly. She is a graduate of UW-Madison – Go Badgers! She is married with 3 sons.
Renee Balcom has been with PuroClean since 2007 and is responsible for over 200 accounts which she sees in person monthly. She is also experienced in trauma scene clean up jobs, and she is always willing and ready to suit up and take care of emergency situations. Renee is excellent in dealing with the customers in traumatic times. In her spare time she participates in several running events and has an office full of medals she has competed for.
Sheila Tinsley, Account Executive, Sheila joined us in May of 2012 as a Commercial Marketer for PuroClean. She brings with her military, construction and customer services skills. She is the heart of customer service for our team and attention to detail is her motto. She not only sings the praises of PuroClean Emergency Services, she is also a contemporary Christian vocalist, with a voice like an angel. Her idea of the perfect vacation is putting her construction skills to work on mission trips in Panama and Costa Rica
Senior Lead Technician
Ed is a U.S. Navy Veteran and served 20 years. E6 Damage Controlman First Class. Upon exiting the military he became a Firefighter for city of Portland, TX, and in August of 2014 a Louisiana Medical Reserve Corp. You can tell from his history that he likes helping people. Ed is quick to respond regardless of day and time. He makes sure things are done right the first time and is big on communication. In his spare time he is an avid bass fisherman and a master Barbequer.
Steve Thomas is a Lead Technician. He is prior U.S. Navy who served onboard USS Russell and in a Naval Expeditionary Warfare unit as a Gunners Mate from 2003 to 2007. He was a Heavy Rescue Technician (Firefighter/EMT) from 2007-2011, then he was a surface supplied unexploded ordnance diver for the DOD from 2012-2017 before starting with PuroClean. In his time away from work he likes having tea parties, cooking, watching Disney princess movies, and getting his toes painted with his daughter.
Keith Padick started with PuroClean in May of 2016 after serving 5 years in the army. He is currently in the reserves. He is a Lead Technician and doing an excellent job. His skills and personality make him successful in this industry. He is a single father of 2 children. In his spare time, he enjoys fishing and kayaking.
Lori is a native of Jacksonville, FL and she loves this city and the community. She started working for PuroClean August 2011 and has worked hard in all areas of production including cleaning contents, which includes steam cleaning carpets, rugs, upholstery, and all household furniture, supplies, dishes, and all items effected by water, mold, and fire. She keeps records and reports tracking pack-ins and pack-outs, shipping, receiving, and storage. Lori has worked with Lead Technicians on many major jobs. She is also trained and certified in Bio-Hazard Remediation and dispatches on many of these jobs. In her time off Lori enjoys fishing and being with her two children.
Serena Genisus started with PuroClean in January of 2017 as a Technician Assistant. She has been in the cleaning industry for 15 years prior to joining PuroClean. She is originally from Illinois. She is married with 2 children and enjoys spending time with her family.
Trish has worked with us since November of 2015 and works in the contents cleaning division. She does an excellent job of getting the smoke, animal smells and other odors out of furniture. She is very detailed and gets the job done right the first time.
