Wayne describes his business in four words: “Fast, Friendly, Honest, and Reliable.” He started PuroClean in 2007 and it has grown to a beautiful 16,000 square foot warehouse with 20 employees off Interstate 10. In 2011, he won Franchise of the Year from over 300 locations, and he has won many other awards for customer service. Wayne is a proud U.S. Navy Veteran and he hires Veterans whenever possible. He has a BSB/M Degree. He enjoys music as a drummer, rides motorcycles, and likes to fly airplanes in his spare time.
Billing Manager and Lead Bio-Hazard Technician
Sevan has worked many jobs in PuroClean and worked her way up to Billing Manager. She is also a lead bio-hazard technician and does an amazing job of remediation crime scenes. In her own words “Having a key role in this company is one of the most rewarding positions. We get to assist the community in their time of need” Sevan was awarded a certificate of appreciation in recognition of meritorious service by Jacksonville Sherriff’s Office March 28, 2019 for doing an amazing job on a Bio Hazard Clean- up of a shooting that took place in Jacksonville, FL. She is raising four amazing children and enjoys everything outdoors.
Tyler is usually who you talk to when you call PuroClean’s office. She dispatched emergency calls and ensures the customer receives exceptional customer service from all that work at PuroClean. In her own words “I absolutely love my job and the people I work with. I love the work this company does and how we work together to help every customer from the first incoming phone call”
Amy might be the one that answers the phone when the emergency first happens, but she is definitely the one you talk to when you want to pay the bill. She is excellent at communication, ensuring the customer understands the paperwork and on top of making sure the insurance company has what they need so they can process the PuroClean invoice. She is the mother of two children and in her own words “I genuinely enjoy the people I work with. Although I consider being a mother my most important job, I like to call this company my work family.”
Heidi was born in Wisconsin and like many of us, really likes Florida’s warm weather. She loves music and in her spare time she sings for several different bands. She loves animals and has birds, a rabbit, and a dog. Although she has always been into marketing, prior to PuroClean she was in a band with Wayne as the drummer in a band called “Flying Lasagna”.
Donna was born and raised in St. Louis, MO. She is passionate about helping people, which is why she does so well in the restoration field. Donna loves to eat healthy and exercise. She has a huge love for animals and likes to travel. She went to school for advertising and communication.
Ed is a U.S. Navy Veteran and served 20 years as E6 Damage Controlman First Class. Upon exiting the military, he became a Firefighter for the city of Portland, TX, and in August of 2014, a Louisiana Medical Reserve Corp. You can tell from his history that he likes helping people. Ed is quick to respond regardless of day and time. He makes sure things are done right the first time and is big on communication. In his spare time, he is an avid Bass Fisherman and a master Barbecuer.
Kiven was born in West Palm Beach, FL. In his off time, he loves to Shoot pool, go fishing, and play video games. He likes to help others, enjoys the challenge of bringing a bad situation such as a house Fire, Flood, or Mold job back to normal again.
Michael studied hard and went up through the ranks in a quick amount of time. Michael is a US Navy Veteran (15 years) and actively in the reserves. In his off time, he enjoys woodworking and hanging out with his two dogs while working towards his business degree. He also owns a 1955 Chevy Belair which he is restoring from the ground up. This car is a several year project.
Brian was born and raised in Jacksonville, FL and went to University of West Florida in Pensacola. He has a business degree. He received his IICRC certifications at the PuroSystems Academy in Tamarac, FL. He has a young son that keeps him extremely busy and motivates him to strive for the absolute best. He loves being in the restoration business because he like to help people in their most traumatic times.
Although Josh has been in restoration several years, he obtained his IICRC certificates from PuroSystems Academy in Tamarac, FL. He has always loved woodworking and construction, so this job is a perfect fit. In his own words “I enjoy meeting new people and forming new relationships and I get the chance to do that with PuroClean every day.”
Jesse was born in Schenectady, NY and is a 6-year US Navy Veteran. He is married and has a young daughter and his favorite thing to do outside of work is spend time with his family. He also enjoys Formula 1 racing, riding motorcycles, and woodworking. In his own words, “I like to help people and that is why I decided to work for PuroClean. We help people in their worst situations possible” Jesse is currently attending collage for a bachelors degree in sports casting.
Jessica joined the PuroClean team in 2017 just before the hurricane. She has traveled with our team for out of state emergencies going to NC and also Panama City Beach Florida to assist with water damaged homes. She is great at dealing with both contents and structure remediation. She has driven our 26’ moving van far distances and she also assists with Bio-Hazard clean up jobs. She is always smiling and always has a positive attitude. She is raising three children on her own and loves spending time with her family.
Lori is a native of Jacksonville, FL and she loves this city and the community. She started working for PuroClean August 2011 and has worked hard in all areas of production including Cleaning Contents, which includes steam cleaning carpets, rugs, upholstery, and all household furniture, supplies, dishes, and all items affected by water, mold, and fire. She keeps records and reports tracking pack-ins and pack-outs, shipping, receiving, and storage. In her spare time she likes fishing, camping, and spending time with her two daughters. In her own words “I have been her so long I consider this my second family”.
Contents Coordinator, Bio-Hazard Technician
Shea handles remediation of furniture that has been involved in a mold or fire situation. She is also a Bio-Hazard Technician, responding to crime scenes all times of the day and night. She is a member of the American Legion and also the Head Chair of Boots on the Ground. She spends an incredible amount of time doing charity work and loves working with anything Veteran related.
Art was born in Miami, FL and been working for PuroClean Part-Time since June of 2018. He makes sure everything in the warehouse is in top shape, and ready to go for any emergencies. In his spare time he is a dive master and rides motorcycles.
